Saturday- 45 min spin class

Thursday- 15 min treadmill intervals; 25 min total body strength training

Friday- 10 min stepmill; 20 min elliptical

Hi all! I am back from Las Vegas and will be writing a few posts over the next couple days with recaps of the trip, and of course the half marathon! It was a great time! Stay tuned!
